Happy birthday to the founder of Homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann!
For a fun post, I thought it would be interesting to see what Samuel Hahnemann’s Human Design would be!
We of course have to take this as complete theory, as according to Ra Uru Hu, the founder of Human Design), the current Human Design system does not apply to those born prior to 1781 (when Uranus was discovered, and accordingly we became 9 centred beings, previously being 7 centred). Hahnemann was born in 1755, and I also don’t have his exact time of birth, so it may not be totally accurate, but let’s see!
So, with the current Human Design system, Hahnemann would have been a 6/2 or 6/3 Projector!!! And his conscious Sun was Gate 51!!!!!!
What does this mean?!
Hahnemann’s Life Purpose
What I see as most interesting is that his conscious Sun is in Gate 51, the Gate of Shock! This is also called the Gate of Initiation in Quantum Human Design, and moves from the Shadow of Agitation to the Gift of Initiative to the Siddhi of Awakening in the Gene Keys.
This is the energy of shocking others into awakening - waking up people out of their bubbles so they can see what is the truth is, so we can change things for the better.
These people love shocking others, taking risks and being the first to dare go where no one has gone before. They love excitement and unpredictability. They may have many shocking and intense life-changing experiences, but will use these to grow and evolve.
Looking at Hahnemann, he was definitely here to shock the conventional medicine model at the time, to change things for the better!!! He was at the forefront, daring to go where no one had gone before with medicine, developing theories of health and disease that were way ahead of their time!!! To awaken us to the constraints and corruption of the conventional medical system.
Isn’t this amazing!!
(As an aside, the founder of Human Design, Ra Uru Hu, also had his conscious sun 51!)
Hahnemann’s Profile (Personality)
Hahnemann’s profile is 6/2 or 6/3 (depending on the time of birth). By looking at his life, I think he was more of a 6/3… What I love about this is that people with line 3 and 6 in their profile are experimenters.
Line 3’s are lifelong experimenters, and you will see this clearly in Hahnemann as I talk a bit about his life.
Those with a line 6 are here to embody the wisdom accumulated through their life experience, showing others the way to follow their own authority and honour their unique selves.
The first part of their life, until about age 30, is full of mistakes and trial and error, developing resilience and adaptability. They then retreat for a time to integrate all these experience and observe and learn more from the world. Around age 50, once they have matured and recognised their innate and learned wisdom, they come out again into the world to teach others.
When we look over Hahnemann’s life, we can see how the 6/3 profile plays out beautifully!
After he became a medical doctor and practiced for some time, he became disillusioned with the current medical practices of the time.
So at around age 29 he gave up his practice. It was during this phase of retreat and integration (line 6!), that he discovered Homeopathy and started to experiment (his line 3!) with what he found, piecing all the principles of homeopathy together.
It was at age 55 when he published the first edition of the Organon, which is the book that outlines all the laws and principles of homeopathy! This is when he came out of retreat (line 6!) to teach us all what he learned about this beautiful medicine.
Despite all the resistance he faced (and still to this day!!), he never wavered in his conviction about the benefits and effectiveness of homeopathy (line 6!), and continued experimenting (line 3!) practicing and teaching homeopathy until his death.
Hahnemann’s Energy Type and Aura
Lastly, according to the modern Human Design, he would be a Projector type; although prior to 1781 there were no Projectors due to humanity still being 7-centred beings. However, I can still see this energy in his design. Projectors are here to lead and guide humanity. They can sense what the world needs and where it needs to be headed, clearing the old and what is not working, and creating new systems and paradigms.
How amazing does this fit, with his discovery of homeopathic principles and the legacy and gift he left us? Of course, the energy of the projector is that it needs to be recognised to be successful and accepted - and of course, those of us who recognise homeopathy for it’s incredible healing of body, mind and soul, will value and follow his legacy.
